Manali Trip

Manali is a small hill station in Himachal Pradesh in Northern part of India. Which is near to Himaliyas and is very cold place . Tourists from all over the world come here to enjoy its  beauty , and also to enjoy snowfall in winters . I visited this place in 2014 and enjoyed a lot .
In Manali we went to Solang  valley , where we did skiing , make snowman , did paragliding also . It was a fun to do.

From Manali we went to kullu , which is a few kilometers away from Manali where we did rafting in Beas River . We stayed for about 4 days in Manali and had lots of fun also. In Manali were enjoyed a lot at Mall road , which is a small market place . Where their were many shops for shopping and many restaurants also. There we tried Mughalai Food also . Overall it was a great experience of Life .Travelling gives life time experience in life . We would plan more trips in future also . And will visit Manali again in Future. 

Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is an art of building body. And it takes lots of time and efforts to build body. Now a days everybody in getting involve in bodybuilding . And everyone desires to have a perfect body to attract and to show to the world . People go to the gym to build body . But fail to achieve it , and go to take shortcut . And want to get a perfect body at any cost.

A perfect and fit body is everyone's dream , which everyone want to acquire in a short period of time . But many of us choose natural ways of bodybuilding . Which helps them in a long run . And in a healthy way . Its an art of writing . The more you practice it , the more you become expert in writing . Its a way of living . Its a way of life . One choose its own way of living . And their could be one other way to express ourselves then writing . And their are many writing instruments that adds to the writing . and adds to its value.
